The Maison

How It Works

From a first confidential note to a mandate that runs quietly in the background. Four stages, one point of contact, and a standard that does not vary with the territory.

From enquiry to service in place

01

Enquiry

Tell us what you are looking for.

A short, confidential note is enough to begin. Name a discipline, a territory and a timeline, and the enquiry is read personally rather than logged into a queue. Nothing is circulated, and no register is opened, until we have spoken.

02

Consultation

Understanding the household or office in full.

A private conversation with your office establishes the shape of the requirement: the rhythm of the household, the people already in place, the standards expected, the discretion required. Where a family office or principal assistant leads, we work to their brief and their pace.

03

Proposal

A tailored plan, priced and scoped.

We return a written proposal covering the desks engaged, the shortlist or itinerary approach, vetting depth, and the membership tier that fits. Every proposal is built for one client. Nothing is drawn from a template.

04

Delivery

Vetted, briefed, supervised from day one.

Candidates are presented, placements are supported through onboarding, and lifestyle or travel arrangements are held by a single point of contact. The mandate is reviewed at agreed intervals for as long as it remains open.

Non negotiable

The standards behind every mandate

Absolute confidentiality

Client identities are never disclosed to candidates or third parties. No names, addresses or itineraries appear in any material we publish.

Vetting without shortcuts

Identity, history, references and qualifications are verified before a file reaches your office, in every register and every territory.

One point of contact

A single member of the maison holds your mandate end to end, so nothing is repeated and nothing is handed between desks.

Tailored, never templated

Each household, office and itinerary is treated as its own brief. We adapt to the environment, the people and the pace.

Reviewed, not filed

Placements and arrangements are followed after they begin. Quality is measured by what holds over time, not by what closed.

Begin with a private conversation

Every enquiry is reviewed personally, in confidence, before anything is opened.
